I just installed the 3.48" pulley and had it dyno'd this week. It made 703/540, and I was making 12psi of boost at 7500 rpms. I run 93 with a can of Boostane in each tank. The car feels noticeably faster than the 3.6" i previously had which made about 650 at the wheels.

I had the same issue of spinning the tire on the rim, and I have heard hairspray works. I was skeptical so I used Permatex High Tack Gasket Sealant and that has worked really well for me.

Definitely going to get some weight savings removing those visors. That might just be what gets you the record! Haha

Mine is an Auto! FYI I did have to rebuild my transmission with the Exedy clutches after about 3000 miles. I had a bad tune from my first tuner and it caused premature wear of the clutches. My current tune and the new clutches are holding very well.
