Whipple Belt tensioner

I just had my belt tensioner changed to billet one and now having some issues. I replaced because of the chirping on cold starts. Now on cold starts it chirps worse and starts rough like it wants to die for a split second. I moved belt on pulley below supercharger pulley because it was on edge then after adjusting belt it went back to the edge. Do I adjust the tension?

toss on a new belt...of try flipping it..New tensioner which I have does the same shit.

Hindsight 2020 I wish I got the 10 rib set up,6 is kinda whimpy
