No... You will need a new JLT kit that mates to the Paxton intake tube.

ideally yes you would need the JLT kit. I to already had the CAI JLT so I modified mine. was super easy, basically just took the top rubber seal off of it, cut off the front half of the box and reinstalled the rubber seal. the seal actually fit perfect along the top and the entire front of the cut. than cut the intake tube the proper length, the silicone boot was a pain in the ass but went together nicely, and saved me 200 dollars

Finally started the install today. Only worked for about 2 hours after work today. Got pretty much everything torn down and the bracket mounted onto the engine. The kit is very nice, great craftsmanship. I did have a stud for the mounting bracket that was bent a pretty good amount, which I had to Straighten a little, and the nut for that stud had some jacked up threads. Nothing a quick trip to autozone couldn't fix. I also had to buy a puller to get the 3.8 pulley off, but the 3.6 slid right on. So far a little bit of filing and cutting of the radiator shrouds, but not bad by any means. Honestly the hardest part was getting to the small bolts inside the front fascia to get that off because my hand couldn't fit. The fuel pump booster didn't come with directions, but a quick text to beefcake and he got back to me really quick with how to wire that up. I' hopefully will finish it later this week, but I'm having surgery tomorrow so it might be a few days before I can dive back in. I'll keep updating as I go.

Very nice, hoping to purchase my kit soon too from beef, just waiting for my tax return to be available :). Also, I've been thinking of adding the JMS plug and play BAP with the kit, does anyone know if the JMS BAP that beef sells is the 5 volt throttle pedal trigger one or the hobbs switch version?

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying that. My taxes are filed just waiting on getting that return so I can give you a call and place the order :).

Been interested in getting my car charged also, but by reading up on this thread it seems like I need to buy a lot of things in order to have the car (cats burning up, fuel management sucks with the BAP, Coldair intake needs to be upgraded) runs well, not just a buy this and plug-N-play.

I'm just that much farther away from this...

no need to upgrade anything unless you "want to "

I got a nice chunk knocked out today. Tomorrow I just need to do the injectors, fuel pump booster and then the tune.

The black looks so nice. Is the inter cooler black also?
Yea the intercooler is black and the top piping. Two of the pipes are satin.
