Passenger side stops blowing heat 2 weeks after calibration.

I have replaced the passenger side blend door on my 2016 GT and performed the calibration. After 2-3 weeks the passenger side stops blowing heat. Perform calibration and it will work for 2-3 weeks and then stop working. I just calibrated it again this morning and its working again. This is getting old. Any thoughts? Control Module bad?
