Heat not working on passenger side

Driver side blows hot air the passenger side blows cold when the passenger temp is on high. Anybody else experience this???

Blend door actuator.

The temperature blend door actuator is the component that moves a flapper type door inside the dash that adjusts the amount of cold outside air that is mixed in with air that passes over the heater core.

A follow up solution would help others experiencing the same issue. There are two actuators under the passenger kick panel but this could be caused by other issues.
