Hi, in the video, you can see that it needs assistance to close it fully. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks!

I have always had this problem, and have a simple way to avoid it. ALWAYS raise my rear windows first, THEN the fronts. The front windows block the movement of the rear windows. 🤓

Keep the quarter windows very clean and raise them first. You can also try unfastening the top latch after raising the top, and then latching it again after raising the quarter windows. If they still do not raise all the way, may have to have them adjusted.
