P0456 Small Leak

Any updates on this I'm trying to figure out similar code already replaced the purge valve twice.

This is a common problem on all Fords since they went to capless fuel filler. There are 2 flaps. The initial one and one a little farther down. They get dirty and create a small evap leak. Google the code. Plenty of videos of how to clean it with WD40. I went through the same process of wasting money on the valve before finding the info.

Check engine light hasn’t pop up yet so I’ll keep my fingers crossed

I can’t believe I posted on this way back in 2022 but as far as I’m concerned let the code stay. I clear it when it comes on and I will clear it before emissions. I honestly don’t give a crap about it anymore. It hasn’t come on in about five months for me but if you just put the damn gas nozzle in wrong the damn thing comes on and I just clear it.
