Been having an issue where my coolant expansion tank is apparently getting over pressurized and leaking from fittings after I get into boost. A hose came off a T fitting too. Suspecting possible head gasket? What you guys think, is there any other possible reason?

Suspecting possible head gasket?
That makes sense. two old school things to do. One is to, when cool, open the radiator cap and look for bubbling when running.
Another is to pull spark plugs and look for odd discoloration.
Neither is foolproof.

Not sure about this but there may be coolant test strips which show combustion byproducts.

Lastly is the engine oil milky at all?

Sounds like you got some good advice already, I’d go with that.

I was randomly finding coolant(small amounts) around the overflow cap after pulls. Swapped the cap, same thing. Compression tested SAT so just finished putting studs, fresh gaskets, timing components, pac springs and gt350 water pump. Hopefully doesn’t happen again lol
