You and I are on the same page. We (wife and I) own a strip mall and physical therapy clinic. I have to look at everything I do from a litigious standpoint. Some things I do to cover my ass borders on extreme but we stand too much to lose because some puss wad and his ambulance chasing attorney wants to sue me. My approach to any situation is how can an attorney contort this to have a jury award money. If I seem cynical it's because I have seen this happen enough times to understand some things aren't worth the risk exposure. I have been sued before and it is not fun giving depositions and cross examined in court. I'm only bringing this up so some of these pups hopefully don't have to go through the same. Will be drinking beer this afternoon.
