Which Mach 1 are you going to keep? I'm assuming the first one that ever arrives?Yep. That’s where 33 railcars of Mustang chip shipments will be diverted to.
Right. Both dealers accepted the orders without a deposit, and the second dealer understands that I only ordered it as a backup in case the first order is cancelled or pushed till next spring due to the damn Cup 2 tires. The second dealer has also agreed to sell me the handling package hardware at their cost, so I'll just convert it to a HP car if I end up with the second one. Only thing I'd be missing is the HP magneride calibration.Which Mach 1 are you going to keep? I'm assuming the first one that ever arrives?
You have waited an awfully long time!!!Right. Don’t remind me LOL, I am angry about it every day!You have waited an awfully long time!!!
My story is similar, but now I'm getting excited. Placed order on 5/15/21, and today got notice it will be delivered on 9/13/21. So , pretty much 4 months, and really think it will be worth the wait. I ordered a fully loaded GT Premium 401A with every option except for Recaro seats and carbon fiber interior trim, so a little over 57K, in Twister Orange and Ebony stripes. I have not seen too many loaded Mustangs here is SLC, UT, and not an Orange one at all. Really want to see how it looks and feels when I drive it for the first time.Just thinking about this whole ordering process.....I placed my order on June 11 with no expectation to see my GT/CS before Christmas....if I was lucky. Pandemic crap, chip shortage and a two week shutdown at Flat Rock and it was built yesterday August 4th. That's roughly 6 weeks to process the order and make a GT. It's insane! Now I just have to hope it makes delivery as scheduled.
Sorry for anyone waiting on a new F150 traveling through Missouri by rail. There was a derailment today of 33 cars. Doesn't appear to be injuries but lots of smashed F150s.
that's great. I'm sure it will get lots of attention! Mine went through production so fast.....they must have had all the parts laying around looking for a homeMy story is similar, but now I'm getting excited.
