OPT7 Lights on UK Mustang

I have a set of these

However it states that they are not compatible with Euro Mustangs... What is the non compatibility?

I was planning to have a go at fitting them this weekend and see what stops me but like to know what im up against?

they look very similar to the coplus ones that do work so no idea probably something to do with our drl's or some shit like that it needs to tap a wire that isn't there

It'll be the same reason the switchbacks the US install don't work on our cars without some additional wizardry.
