Subaru was saying exactly the same for the new STI, it's order only blah blah blah, and then a few months after going on sale I'd walk into a dealership and would get the same line, order only no stock in the country, and I'm basically leaning on an STI in their showroom. When I asked what's the story with this particular car they just said - yeah, this one you can buy and drive out of the store today....So The dealers won't have stock sitting on the lots waiting for someone to walk in and buy one. .
