Oil Under Timing Chain Cover

Has anyone seen this? I took it to the dealer and they said that it wasn't anything to worry about???

Can't see the picture but if it's what I'm thinking MANY of us have had it. It isn't really anything to worry about but I had them fix it anyways. My dealer pulled the whole cover off and replaced the seal. Many others just had the bolts on there re-torqued and it took care of the problem. I told my dealer that but they didn't listen. There are several threads on here about it.
