2nd question, what am I looking at for labor costs for installation, i have called multiple shops non have gotten back to me on cams/oil pump and gears/headers labor install cost. Trying to find a flat rate [ especially for the headers and oil pump and gears ]. But would like to get a decent idea $ wise of what it's going to run me.

Best is to wait for those local responses but...
I've seen $400-500 for headers and $1200-$1500 for opg.

Can't confidently answer your first question but looks like they should be. Best to confirm with the manufacturer.

Depending where you live and labor rates I’ve seen opgs installation all the way up to 3000plus the range I’ve seen is 1200-3000

Thank you and while I have the front torn apart I might as well get a stronger timing chain/cam it and under drive pully. It never ends lol

Haha, sadly (thankfully?) it does not. For sure go ahead and take care of anything else in the same area while torn down. Good luck!

Yeah the price of labor these days can get pretty insane. Like I said it varies drastically for whatever reason. I think that’s why many avoid them lol. I’d rather cry once lol

Ya I rather pay once cry once but would rather not get bent over if I can help it. I understand good work isn't cheap either but there is a limit. Would ask ford to do it but idk how they are with aftermarket stuff not bought by them or if they would even touch it to begin with.
