Oil Pump Gear Install w/ KB Already Installed

My friend is wanting to install oil pump gears and timing sprocket into his motor with a 3.2L Kenne Bell already installed. How much more difficult will this be with the blower on the car? Will we have to remove the blower or heat exchanger to do this? I know most people do the oil pump gears/timing sprocket before the blower install, so I want to see what kind of headache we might be getting into.

You will definitely have to remove the blower. Most likely remove the heat exchanger, and things in front of the motor to make access easier. Some people have claimed to be able to snake their way into the front of everything simply, but most do need some room with the motor still inside the car. Good luck with the blower install, KB is a pretty fun setup.
