I had it done @ Big Valley Ford in Stockton, Ca
Service advisor was Damion Castro
Tech was #478 I think his name was Kunthy
all in all I had a good experience
I pulled the car up he asked me to turn on the valet and lock it up
I went back and fourth with him to see what he knew until I was satisfied enough to leave. The tech came up front grabbed the car. 20 min later I get a phone call from Damion letting me know that the work was started and that there were a few scrapes on the splitter (I did them in my driveway). 4 hours later I get an Email of work completion and Damion called right after to let me know that the work was done. When I went to pick it up I asked him more about his tech he said that he has two techs and all they do is wrench on the higher end cars like the gt500/Raptor/roush and do all the blower installs and programming. When I got home I put the car up on the race ramps and went over it and every thing was A OK:cheers: so far I have put about 100 miles on it some chirping 1st-4th
