From this past Tuesday. Perfect weather.

Nice, you had a 19 or 20. Did you do a two day, or did you get a 19/20 by chance?

I think it was a '19. Chassis number was PP0010 (Pre Production?). I only did the one day class. If you do the 2 day you drive race prepped GTs not 350s.

Indeed the weather was perfect. I had a blast. Everyone that buys these cars new should do everything they can attend one of these events. FPRS does an amazing job and knocks the entire experience out of the park.

Here’s another look at your car. I was there 2 weeks ago and had a blast.

Gotcha, makes sense.

Sweet shot for desktop!
Exactly why I took it (and others like it) on Day 2...which is why its all the race prep'd GT's (they had put away the Bosses by then). Cheers!

You have to remember also that Ford performance is a tenant of Charlotte motor speedway, and has to work around the track’s schedule.
If other events / groups are booked, then a 1 day class might be all that a available at certain times of the year.

For example, I went for the 1 day Track Attack on Friday September 11, and the SCMC - SVT cobra mustang club - then had the track rented for Saturday and Sunday.
Was great having 3 days of open track in a row.
Likewise when it was in Utah in previous years (@UMC). Day one was us on the east track - day 2 the west while superbikes were on the east track.

I'm getting ready to register for a class. When you guys registered did you guys have to pay immediately upon registration or did you pay when you attended?

It’s Free.99

unless you add stuff on. I added the in car video and also added the one hour Ford GT track car. Had to pay right away.

Kidding about the GT

I just signed up this morning - April 13-15 with a non-driving guest. This was the only 2-day date that worked with my remaining eligibility. I added the Cup2's on the second day and you do pay upfront for any additional items.

Cancelation outside of 30 days gets you 90% credit and you are allowed to rebook. Cancellation inside of 30 days and you are out of luck - at least that what I was told.

Can't wait!

They are generally strict, but were very accommodating in response to all the COVID-related changes during the 2020 season. Hopefully, that won't be an issue in 2021. If it is, they have proven that common sense will prevail.
