Official GT350 Track Attack Attendance Thread

So it's been 5 days and I'm already wanting to go back. I have so much more respect for these cars now! My wife said if I want to go to day 2 I can have that as a birthday, Christmas, and anniversary present lol.

My son and I are flying out Friday for the 11th-12th. Can't wait.

Anybody experience a really good meal while they were there?

We're planning to check out a couple of joints that were on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives while there...

Really was a good time wasn't it? Can't help but feel the same, soooo jealous of those who have race tracks nearby. Not a single option for me in my province, have a 1000mile and 7 hour ferry ride to get to the nearest track :(

What is your name if you don't mind me asking? I don't know if I met you there or not, and didn't want to go around asking people "hey are you So and So on the Mustang6G forum!?" :lol:

I'm actually moving to that small town that is just up the street from that track so I'll be like 5 minutes away. 1,000 miles and a 7 hour ferry ride to get to a track would suck ass!

I'm Franklin. I think I spoke with you for a quick minute. I would have felt a little weird walking around asking the same thing as well lol.

Is your 350 all black by chance? And did you have to leave early?? If so then we spoke in the garage for a few minutes between one of the rounds, the couple of guys I know for certain in my group were Cao and Louise, there was another guy there with his son who sat out the last session, the chinese guy, the really really young guy, and possibly you haha

Ahh then you were in the other group. I'd say you'll be able to run to redline in 4th or close to it depending on how ballsy you get looks like a fun configuration, I really loved the "Attitudes" S section myself.

That section was a lot of fun. When I had my C5Z06 I a nice lift off throttle spin out on fast, faster, gotcha. It got me lol.

If you like burgers, try Lucky 13 in Salt Lake City. Not a lot of parking but a darn good burger.

looks like there is a perimeter day on july 29th and again on october 28th.

i don't think i'll have my car by the 29th event. and late october is a crap shoot with weather there isn't it? i used to race motorcylces at that track for a few years and october was either perfect fall weather or cold and pissing down rain.

you live there so you would know better than i would though.
