No date in Vista yet
Yesterday evening COTUS: in transit (no EDD)
EDD just reappeared this morning after it was gone for a week (in transit)
Let's wait & see if it stays there....

We can (carefully) conclude for other users : while "in waiting" EDD will disappear for a couple of days before it moves to transit...once in transit the EDD shows up again day +1.

Or...This might be random guesses :headbonk:
Our cars are in the same boat I think. Any news where it may be?

Estimated Delivery: 07/03/2015
Woaaaa this is so much sooner than what I expected.

I am on 'Awaiting Shipment' .. I guess that means I'll be on the next boat. COTUS says EDD 12/7 .. I think this means delivery to the boat?

That's the big and last question of the moment !

What is EDD meaning for European customers :

- Delivery docks in Baltimore
- Delivery destination harbor
- Delvery at dealer
- Ready for pick up at EU dealer

I have always been under the impression that EDD in COTUS means delivered to last place in US. For US customers that means their dealer. In our case with the EU cars, that means port. VISTA is the system to "trust".

Met with my dealer today, i have seen the page in VISTA myself and all dates are corresponding correctly ie order on 18/3, Ford order 30/3, build start on 28/5, build end 6/5, in transit 11/6 but since then nothing. VISTA EDD on 25/7.

My dealer estimated the arrival in August.
He said the car was finished on June 10th.
The beginning of July is too fast. 2 and half weeks for delivery is kinda impossible.
And I hope it's August because I will be away the first part of July and ain't no way in hell or heaven imma let my car sit 2 weeks at the dealership so ppl can rub their bags, jackets, hands, jewelry, wrenches, tongues or other extremities on my brand new car.
Not to mention I read about some cases where the mechanics at the dealership took a ride in the car and either crashed it or made it used, not new!!

Based on the information shown in the COTUS site, i think that it means delivery date in Baltimore. And it's just an estimation.

"Estimated Delivery date is a calculated date based on the current status of your vehicle which is compared against the history of vehicles in that status from the scheduling system. It is recalculated each time you access the customer order status website and will change as your order is processed, your vehicle is assembled and shipped."

Mmmm that sounds about right.
They have to travel from Flat Rock to Baltimore. 3rd of July could be legit... But 2 weeks for a trailer ride? Really?
They said it takes about a month for delivery, so middle July-end of July.?

"As with the initial China exports, volume numbers have begun modestly, with 575 units shipped from the Flat Rock assembly plant in Michigan via the port of Baltimore on the US East Coast to the port of Zeebrugge in Belgium. A spokesperson for Ford said that more regular shipments will begin on Monday June 22nd."

do you have any info when it will arrive in Bremerhaven
seems to be the perfect place to see (after the unloading has been done) and compare all colour/wheel/Equipment-Combos
no Ford dealer in europe will be able to Display so many cars at a time

Interesting to see they used the US rear deck lid as picture instead of the Euro one in an article on Europe....

My planning for this car might change after-all...

The first consignment left Baltimore on June 10th and are due to arrive in Zeebrugge on June 23rd.

My cotus says, 2 day's from delivery estimated 23/06/2015

Interesting, with some luck you might be the first in Belgium to drive a EU stang...
