I just recently joined this forum and you guys might hate me for this, but I ordered my car on OCT 8 2014 and got my VIN# today. So am I just lucky or is something wrong with some peoples orders. Don't get me wrong I hope you guys get the car as soon as possible but I don't understand why I got it so soon and many who ordered many months ago still haven't got their VIN#'s!

Don't feel bad. I ordered on 5/20 and still no VIN.
I ordered a GT Premium - Retail.
Waiting sucks but at least it gives me more time to build up my down payment...

From what I gather , they'll give more info at 4pm about the delays.
Convertibles that were supposed to get scheduled are now pushed to November 6th.

It appears the first Retail Ordered 2015 Mustang Convertible`s, Base V6 with A/T and GT V8`s will begin being scheduled Thur Oct 30th and EB 2.3 I4`s the following week, Thur Nov 6th.

OMG !!! I Got A VIN!!!

I had checked this morning and with a 6/23 order date, I was still in order processing, but after reading the recent posts, I just checked again and I have a VIN assigned, still in "Order Processing". Due to the redesigned source page, I have no Build Date !! But after all these months there is movement.
