Odd Noise 2015 5.0

Long time lurker but new to the site, in fact, admins just let me in this morning ! Anyways, I noticed about a 2 weeks ago that my 2015 GT was making this weird rhythmic ticking noise. Strange part is it doesn’t do it all the time it’s very sporadic. I’m also having issues with a rough idle where it will sputter and almost die. (It has died once while sitting behind a truck in a parking lot) Anyways, attached a video of the sound it was making, can anyone help identify what that could possibly be?

I was thinking it could be the cam phasers, but I’m not too sure being that it’s not a constant noise, but I feel like it’s somehow related to the rough idle because the noise started the same time the idle issue did. I have replacement VCT solenoids to put in, will clean throttle body and MAF and see if it’s still doing it.
