O2 sensor code after tune

I had a evap code and O2 code that wouldn't go away. (I could get mine to drive a 100 miles before it popped back up.) I ended up switching back to SCT from HP tuner. It fixed it for me. I went immediately to get car inspected and it passed.

The tuner is an sct bdx and the tune is from steeda . It's not a custom tune either

Do you have cats? PO420/430 is cat inefficiency and tuners will not turn those off.
