running catless with E85, are you leaving the O2 sensor on the original position? some people say you need to install the 02 sensor on an angle to avoid damage, standard position if you are running 91/93.
On Kooks headers, the front O2 sensors are already setup at a steep angle for E85. No issue on the rear sensors. If you don't have Kooks or another header that comes with the angled front sensor bungs, you can have yours angled by any competent exhaust shop. Or do it yourself if you can weld and own a welder.

I'll second what every else is saying. I use o2 spacers with "free flowing" exhaust and headers, never had a cel.

Straight, the right angle ones are for if you are installing in a tight space that wouldn't fit the straight extensions

Check out one of the reputable tuners as an alternative to Bama. AED, Lund and PBD all solid choices.

i havent heard of anyone with headers or cat deletes getting a cel once they are tuned. if you are not tuned is when the cel comes on. o2 spacers as mentioned should help prevent the cel on stock tune. spacers helped me pass emissions with stock tune and no cel.
Hi, I just did a cat delete, so I’m full on straight pipe, I still kept the o2 sensors, I just had the check engine light come on. I was on stock tune, if I put my e85 Tune will that fix the issue?? Thinking of ordering my BBK long tubes soon also.

You can get them from AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys, and many other auto shops for $6 a pair. You don't have to order them from Amazon.
