Planning on going to Pit Row(Santa Clara,CA) this Sunday, a place where you rent a lift by the hour and they provide a bunch of tools to work on your car.

I just got Eibach Sportlines, anyone with lowering spring installation experience willing to help?

Hoping for 2hr install :D then mini cruise/photoshoot maybe?

I would go the professional route. Springs can be tricky and dangerous if you dont know what your doing or dont have the proper tools.

I love working on my car(s) but always leave spring installs to a pro. For this car i took it to CorTex at Sonoma Raceway. Its a pretty legit race shop.

Good luck and post some pix when done!

Lastly, some vinyl blood red streaks going down the side of the front like FN 2187's helmet would be badass for your ride.

I did the spring/shock myself in my shared garage, and it took about 6-8 hours. I don't think you need to lift the whole car just for this kind of job. Given how much they charge for using their jack and tools (~$30/h?), I don't think it wroths it. Buy all the tools yourself, and keep them for later.

But I would like to go to Pit Row for something else that requires lifting the whole car, but that's another story. Please let us know how's the place. Thanks.

Not bad. I did it myself but don't have time this weekend to help. I'm moving to new spot.
