Noise on start up

Working on my car for 3 weeks didn’t bother to start it or anything. First start after 3 weeks I was getting a weird noise coming from the back of the motor. After it warmed up it went away. Got worse after the second cold start and a bit louder. Didn’t fully go away after warm up. Took it out and drive it kinda hard. Car feels great hood power no idle issues. 85k miles 2017 5.0. Bunch of things done to it but for power only headers and tune. Currently doing both belts to see if that’s the issue. Wouldn’t make sense to me but it needs belts anyway. I’ll drain oil next see if I see anything. Could maybe be cam phasers but it’s not really a rattle to me and it’s coming more from the back. Might pull off valve covers and see if I see anything after those 2 things. That’s not the full video but all that was aloud to be uploaded.

not an exhaust leak, I didn’t touch anything motor wise and that’s where the sound is coming from gonna upload the video tomorrow so people can hear it. Possibly a cam phaser but not 100% sure. I know it’s common on 3.5s but never really hear anything about them on 5.0
