I'm getting a rattling noise from my rear passenger side C-Pillar (D-pillar?).
It sounds like a clip has come off or something and going over bumpy roads really makes it stand out.

I was thinking about taking the trim off and checking the clips and possibly adding some foam or something.

Any tips on how to get these off? Need to remove some other back trim to get them open?

Thanks!

Hmm... It's probably covered, but last time I was in for service they got my floor mats and steering wheel covered in oil.

I think I'd rather take care of this myself, but I was wondering if anybody had advice.

The B pillar is rear of side window. Probably pops right off like the other ones, but don't know for sure.

Ah, That's right! No pillar after the door except for the back window.
That's the one.

I also have some noise from the B-Pillar and would love some details as to how to tackle the removal of it.I wanna add some foam also.

If anyone has some details of how to proceed I would greatly appreciate it!

I had some time to look at the B-pillar last night.
I didn't remove it entirely, but was able to pull it away from the frame fairly easily. It has two tabs on the bottom edge, so I pulled it from the front/bottom corner. The tabs don't really "snap" in place, so it wasn't too hard to pull the pillar cover open enough to get a look inside.

I wedged a folded hand towel in there because I didn't have any foam. Then I closed up the cover squishing the towel inside.

I was thinking it would be just temporary, but it really worked well! No discernible rattle this morning, but I'll listen again on the way home where the roads are a little bumpier.
