No throttle response

Motor and supercharger are installed after my cat messed up my motor. No response when I hit the gas pedal. Car starts up and runs and idles fine. Every time I hit the gas a wrench light comes on. Not the tune its mechanical from what I'm told. Has anybody had a issue like this before? Never had this problem until my motor and blower was put back together after the cat messed up my motor. New stock shortblock, VJLT vortech blower, 18 intake ID1000 torque booster. It's at the shop now. I bunch of codes popped up but none of the codes are pointing us in the right direction to fix the problem. Please help. What could it be??

what do the logs say when you're stabbing the throttle and nothing's happening?
Check spark, fuel, and tps. That should point you in some kind of direction.
it's one thing if your tps isn't showing changes, or is actually opening. see where I'm going with that? that's where your shop should be looking

Thanks. Can they log the car while its standing still? Its weird because I've never had this problem until they put everything back together

All kind of random codes. Alternator code, low oil pressure code( which isn't true gauge reads differently) the shop is thinking it's the computer. I dont know how the computer takes a shit all of a sudden but that's what they think the problem is. They checked everything. Wire, connections swapped out throttle bodys and even pedals. They needed my spare key and my main key. Said he's gonna re program it. If that doesn't work he'll get me a new computer. I cant think of anything else it could be

What are the specific code numbers? I would be shocked if a pcm fixes it.
