Ranchero I would appreciate that. My studs are fused to my old turbo. I get a can use some serious leverage to pull one out for reference but it will jack up the threads. The heat seems to bonded them to the turbo.Frogger, I'm taking it you did not order new studs with the new turbo, if you still have the old turbo the studs should come out, if you don't you will have to figure out what size and type of stud screws into the exh housing. If you don't have it figured out by tomorrow after noon, I'll pull one of mine off and check for you. A bolt will work fine as a temp fix, just make sure you get a good grade bolt.
If you still have the nuts off the old turbo bring those into a good hardware store to match up a bolt or if they have them studs.
Ya sound a lil salty there buddy. :lol:Guy doesn't even have a car yet and he's over here talking about what model ppl have

Uhhhh.....is this thread serious?
NO you cannot drive your vehicle without a downpipe.
not to mention that poisonous exhaust will seep into the cabin and start to melt your brain.
As stated above, extremely hot exhaust temps will begin to melt components of your engine bay, especially after 20 minutes. Go down to your local hardware store and explain what you need and they'll get you set up.
You 4 cyl guys...I swear.![]()
slight exaggeration.....Uhhhh.....
