Nitto NT05R's for a Daily Driver?

My car does not wheel hop on the Mickey Thompson's, only time it wheel hopped I forgot to turn traction control off. It did wheel hop on the stock Pirelli's.

What type and size mickeys do you have? What rims are they on?

I have used drag radials on daily drivers several times.

I am wondering if anyone has any comment or opinion on my experience with them. They always hook up great for several days, and then really not so much shortly after. Drawing my own conclusion based on several attempts/sets, I feel like these compounds might have a heat cycle life span perhaps? Anyone else experience this? Like maybe daily driving on them heat cycles them out quickly and what you are left with is reduced grip? Just my experience anyway. Still searching for that perfect tire.

Love EM but how many miles you driving daily? I put 15K miles on my car over a 4-1/2 year period and went through two sets of very fun driving, they drift well too.

They are 305/35/19's

Just pulled the trigger on them. I will let you know how they do on the track. I would like to see mid 12s stock on drag radials.

305s deff look great on the stock PP wheels. I've put 6k miles on my car since October so maybe a DR wouldn't be the best choice of tire. I wish there were more options in a 295-305/35 profile!
