Whats a good tire pressure to run on a nitto invo when street racing. I'm at 32 34 right now and I'm spinning all over the place. Damn clutch protection/ torque managment keeps kicking in even when i have advanced traction control off when i get into 4th gear. I know i can pull a fuse to eliminate the traction control from kicking in but i wanna try lowering the pressure first(get some traction) before i start puling fuses

Well I cannot publicly support street racing ( Ive had a few good buddies go that way). You need to decrease tire pressure to have more of the tire push down when you launch thus allowing more of a wider footprint.

If your going to race take it on the actual track and dragstrip do it the safe way.

Thanks. I understand. I took it to the track and broke a halfshaft on an invo. So since that happened I said never again until I get stronger halfshafts.

No worries, you may want to get a dedicated set of rears with DR tires to help you with traction.

I was thinking that. Do u think I'll break a halfshaft with DR with stock halfshafts on the street?

Its tough to say but it will help out a lot more. You launch hard on anything stock something will eventually fail .

It was the wheel hop that broke the half shaft. I'm thinking in the DR prevent the hop I won't break? What do u think?
