nGauge shift light

Can the nGauge be used as a shift light? If so, how do I activate it?

Yeah, you can set when each of the little lights at the top of the gauge come on, not very bright but you could make the red one your shift point, or which ever one you want.

You need to go to the gauge screen that is used to set the lights, each little block is the set point for the light to come on. Do this after you've selected rpm as the PID you want to use.

Does that only affect the numbers? Or can I actually get the top lights working?

This shows you how to adjust the screen that drives the lights. Then just go back to your 4 or 6 gauge view and the lights will still work.
