Well, this ain't good for those of us that fall in the date range an have heavily modded the car. Sorry for the crappy screenshot. Randomly found this while watching a video about the newest cam phaser bulletin for the 3.5EB in the trucks.

After thinking it through, I'll be running 5w50 with the Whipple, I'd be surprised if 5w50 leaks past the megacap. Also hoping that by being day one of the date range that somehow I squeezed through. Either way, once the Whipple goes on I suppose I own the issue.

Ironically, the issues that the 3.5EB in the trucks is having is related to the megacaps leaking oil......

Wonder what the odds are that I dodged this with a Dec 4th build date. Exactly 9/1 to 12/1 seems to be too coincidental. 🙄

I’m banking on them adding a few extra days to the front and back end to make sure nothing slipped through, so you should be good. With that being said, they have been wrong and later revised their date ranges before.

9/4/2020 ... great

Been getting a misfire on cyclinder 6 every time I run it hard in the canyons. (I wonder if it's relevant to this?)

I have an appointment scheduled for Monday. Guess I'm going to have to bring this up when I take it in. Thanks for posting.

I'd also like to know how it goes for you.
Also which dealer you went to as I'm also in San Diego

I asked Ford Boss Me on YouTube for more information on the OP’s post. I follow him on YouTube. Check him out for lots of cool Ford info.
Anyway…
he said

“It's an ssm 50103

Some 2020 Mustang Vehicles equipped with a 5.0 L engine built on September 1st 2020 and through one December 2020 may experience and illuminated malfunction indicator lamp with diagnostic trouble code p0369 in the powertrain control module this may be due to a flatness concern on the metal cap on the right-hand cylinder head, to correct the condition replace the right hand cylinder head”

basically what the OP posted but easier to read. Plus the ssm #. Anyone know what ssm stands for vs a tsb?
