Wow nice scope and that mount...beastly. Something I always wanted to get into but the cost of a good scope and more importantly a mount gets very expensive very fast I have found out(I wanna do astro photography).

Wow nice scope and that mount...beastly. Something I always wanted to get into but the cost of a good scope and more importantly a mount gets very expensive very fast I have found out(I wanna do astro photography).

That is a old school Cave 2.5" Shaft mount. Around 400lbs with pier. The scope is a 10" F/7 Cave. That scope came with a much smaller mount. I buy sell scopes all the time.

When I look at your pic your grill looks like a little flying saucer, something that you might see with your scope one day, lol. :D
