I want pics too, cause I am fully up to date, and it is not working on Carplay

On Waze forum, some people are posting it now works and others are saying they've tried it and it doesn't work. For those who said it doesn't work, a few mentioned they do have the Sync 3 v3.0 update.

I tried it yesterday when I noticed that waze updated, but no luck for me either. Have Sync 3 v3.0_18025 and waze v4.37.

On Waze forum, some people are posting it now works and others are saying they've tried it and it doesn't work. For those who said it doesn't work, a few mentioned they do have the Sync 3 v3.0 update.

Could be a phased launch? Just tried it with the newest version of Waze and the 3.0 update, and no luck.

So my front USB is good for power only now. It does recognize that something is plugged in, but can't access it. Any ideas?

I was on leaked Sync v3 and then updated to official on both my Edge 2017 and Mustang 2016.

I am on Waze 4.37, nada on either Edge or Mustang. I know Applink & Apple ipHone 8+ are working, since I see and can use AccuWeather on Ford AppLink

Nothing on Ford tells me about this 18039 build for either Edge or Mustang.

So waze only works on a (newer leak?) 18039 and not the office 18025 build? There is a fellow on the Waze Forum says it works for him :'(

hmm, maybe there're some unknown stuff needs to be done to get waze working? I'll try power cycling both car and phone when I get off work and see if that helps.
