So I installed new clutch, dss drive shaft, h pipe, and tires/rims.

Took car for a drive yesterday and when I am in say 5th at 40mph, give car a little gas, I hear a little grinding sound almost like my drive shaft barely rubbing on the safety loop or something. Maybe it sounds more like the grinding sound
You hear after a fresh rain and the rotors have a little rust on them.

Looked under the car, and is not rubbing the safety loop. Is that sound im hearing possibly the rxt clutch chatter?

What flywheel did you use?
The RXT is a lot noisier than the stock clutch, you will hear gear roll over when ever you lug around at low rpm. Did you finish the 500-1000 mile break in? I'm at 300 miles on mine now, turn traction control off doing this period.

I used the mcleod steel fly wheel. I'm at like ten miles lol just worried I left something lose somewhere but I really think it's the clutch cuz if I'm just coasting I don't hear it. Going under car now to do my double check.

Why turn traction control off?

If you drive at lower rpm's that twin disc will make a lot of noise. I have one in my '05 and it's the same way. Just drop it down a gear.

Definitely normal. My 12 chattered between 1700-1900 Rpms when lugging around.

The chatter will eventually go away as the clutch break in.
