11.87 @ 114 is still great. I didn't think a stock NA Challenger was even capable of an 11 sec pass. But a 2018+ GT will trap 4-6 mph faster so there is still a lot of catching up to do imo...
I don't know where you got your info from but its 100% incorrect.
I'm not a novice drag racer and typically do over 500 passes a year, every week I'm there with one of my cars.
I own both, a 2019 Mustang GT PP1 A10 and a 2019 1320.... when they were both stock I brought them both to the track multiple times on the same night. The GT always had a 1mph trap advantage, this is in the BRUTAL summer heat of South Florida.... 112 to 113mph, every pass. The 1320 DESTROYS the GT off the line and the GT never would catch it. 100% Stock 60FT times for the 1320 are usually 1.70
The GT now has a Whipple 3.0L on it with the Whipple tune 10.45 @ 134 and my GF set the Record for fastest "Bolt-on Only 392" a few weeks back with a 10.77 @ 123
The GT will be running 9s soon and the 1320 should be the first ever NA 392 Head and Cam in the 9s
