You are so spot on with the radio vs windows down and listening to that V8 burble. It’s super addictive just zoning out listening to it while cruising in traffic and getting the nods from other drivers drooling over your car lol. Seriously you are scaring me on the similarities haha
What's the saying? Great minds think alike.....or is it 2 idiots seldom differ 🤔 😂😂😂

Oh I hear you on luxury vs power. I’m retired too and did have a jag all fully loaded and was my comfort cruiser and blended in with the “normal folk”. Then boom had a moment of clarity and sold it and got my 2020 GT and knew it was the right choice as she’s a beast and actually really comfy on the long drives and yes a super head turner for people that know what the car is. At the moment she’s on trickle charge in the garage as I’m not well at the moment but will hopefully get behind the wheel soon and go for nice long drive and open her up a bit.
Oh, sorry to hear your under the weather and hope you feel better soon!!

I’d say great minds think alike, though the latter does have merit. Thanks for the get well soon, it’s been a long journey on this one for sure but keeping strong and focused as best as I can. Motivation is getting behind the wheel again haha

Welcome to M6G - very clean S550 and can’t beat the lower miles - AND it has not been butchered by someone else’s modifications…. which gives you the opportunity of having a great base platform to do your own mods!

Thank you, I was happy to see a stock 2015-2017 year car, as that was what I was looking for, but the mileage at first had me concerned. After taking it to another shop to review I was relieved that it was in great shape. Already have over 300 miles since Friday (2 weeks ago).
They really are amazing cars.

I have read that taller people have trouble fitting in a Mustang. I have a 2015 and I'm 6'-4", 220 lbs. and other than slipping into the seat and tucking my head down, I fit perfect. I have seat all the way down and I actually have to move the seat up (from all the way back) a fair amount to be able to push the clutch in.
Once I'm in, it couldn't be any more comfortable. Maybe the earlier models were tighter.

Also I have invested in some 3D floor mats off Amazon. They are much better than the ones that came with the car (not sure of the brand) because they were very slippery when wet. The 3D mats are way better at keeping your feet where you want them and they are a perfect fit.

I'm a long legged 6'- 2" and also move the seat forward just a nudge. On my 94 GT I had to fabricate some offset brackets to remount the seat rearward to drive and clutch in comfort. I had the back of the front seat touching the front edge of the rear seat.

Hey, I too am a new, first time Mustang owner. Im pretty sure the closest Mustang club is Space Coast Mustangs, which may be a little far for you, but certainly closer than Daytona.
