I have no idea. Brian mentioned it showed up in the order banks as a Job 3. Sounds like you dealer either doesn't want to do the leg work or they know and prefer not to tell you:D
Is Job 3 the same as TT? TT was on the placque in the Avalanche Grey car I sat in...just wondering

No. Job 3 would be the actual production build process. My '15GT PP was a job 2 car as it was a retail order while Job 1 was all the cars submitted as dealer orders.

This is my assumption on Job 3 as I don't work for Ford. Brian and others can correct my assumption:D

I stopped into my dealer ( I am in Canada) they have nothing yet in their systems.
They have been told how many they can order, but have not even released allocations yet.
He will call me when they do.

I did make appointment for May.11 so we could sit down and order :)
he's General manager, and busy, so I said it needs to be closed door meeting.
He laughed and asked if thats when ordering for Shelby begins.
Sad thing is, I get most info here and update them on whats going on.
Most dealers don't know much.

TT=Tooling Trial? Or something along those lines. Someone who knows for sure will chime in.

Had to go back and review e notes...Jim said "technical trial" and I don't remember and it wasn't written straight out but I think "production trial" is next then full on production

Also, may or may not have been listed on 6G as well, but from bossmustangsonline:

"TT - Tooling Trial Build. This is to verify that all the tooling processes work for the new model.
PP - Pilot Production Build. This is a continued assessment of the process capability.
MP - Mass Production Build. Normally there's a MP1 and a MP2 build. This is a continuation of the PP process.
Job 1 - Previous model is discontinued and new model is ramped up to speed."

Is it possible for a dealer to see any of the information? If so where can I tell them to look?

Thanks
ANY dealer can log into CONCEPS and key into the order banks. Enter 15 as the model year, and hit F1 to view options for each line item (body code, colors, options, etc.).

Yeah, its possible that the dealer is playing dumb so they can buy it and mark it up. That's what the conspiracy theorist inside me suspects.
Most dealers have just one or two people who know how to access the order banks, and those folks usually don't know their way around the order banks very well - just enough to order what they need. Most wouldn't ever be adventurous enough to dig in to look for future products. No conspiracy; trust me.

By the way, the 2015 Shelby order banks do NOT show Wimbeldon White or Guardsman Blue. Just the same colors we already know about. In fact, here's the color list as it shows now for 2015 Shelbys...
  • Avalanche
  • Competition Orange
  • Deep Impact Blue Metallic
  • Magnetic Metallic
  • Oxford White
  • Race Red
  • Shadow Black
  • Triple Yellow Tricoat
Interior choices for the non-R model are heated/cooled ebony or ebony Alcantara Recaros, while R models get the Alcantara Recaros in ebony/red.

Was sure hoping to see Ruby Red in that mix of colors! :(

No, SYNC 3 is showing in the 2016 Shelby order banks (as well as an option to go with SYNC 2), but the 2015 Shelby order banks only show SYNC 2.
So, today in the 2015 Shelby order banks I see SYNC 3 as part of the Tech Package, so I stand corrected.

Ford had sent a memo out the other day saying that SYNC 3 would first arrive in the 2016 Fiesta, Escape, and Lincoln MKC. The Shelby will be the only 2015 model to get SYNC 3 from what I can see, meaning that they will likely be built just before the 2016's go into production.
