New dyno drop in vs injen cold air, Xpipe

    Went to the dyno again. The lower number is just a aem drop in filter. Higher number is injen cai closed box and pypes Xpipe. It was 100 degrees in the dyno room and about 85%humidity. But it is sae corrected. FEB23129-92FD-4A5E-936C-16E855AC818A.jpeg

    Drives and idles like stock. Gets 30 mpgs on the hwy. avg gains on the low to mid range was good

    Dyno operator said he was getting interference with the tach signal. It may have been his equipment the car before me did the same thing

    Okay.... why is everyone saying this one looks good but that dude running E85 that only put down 415 was "normal" lol

    I think he was talking about a different member and thread.
    So far I still have the stock tune. I wonder what it would have made up top without the interference

    Probably same.
    Yes the curve is flat at the end. So maybe you would have seen some more growing numbers... But your top valus comes from the interference at the end.
    So i think the shape of the curve could be different. Non the final numbers :) Screenshot_20200630-130402.png

    That’s what I was thinking the jagged top end pretty much is even with the spike at the end. But it would look a lot better if it was smooth across the top. The tq in the low end is what surprised me

    that guy is at 3300ft elevation, the OP here is on the east coast. Air density is going to impact power #'s
