New 2018 mustang gt dyno run!

The A10 with 3.55 gears should hit just north of 170 mph in 7th gear @ red line (7400 rpm)/ (275/40/19 tires). A tuner should be able to remove the speed limiter and test it with a 1:1 ratio.

So they got a 47whp gain from just their tune...? On a naturally aspirated V8...?
Yeah, that indicates there is something drastically wrong with their methodology.

Or it’s purposefully restricted stock numbers so they can market their “amazing” gains from a tune. Certainly one of the two! :D

My SHO dyno'd "happy" on their AWD dyno when they did my baseline. Try again.

And what exactly does dyno’d “happy” mean? It’s much easier to get massive gains via a tune with a turbo engine.

On average, 10-20hp more than most of the Gen4 SHO's they previously dyno'd. Definitely not restricted stock numbers like you claim.

I got their most recent tune and all I can say is that it really added serious horsepower to my car. No CAI, just tune.

With my all season tires and 0-60 timer on a blacktop road I can do 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. With some heated drag radials I gotta think another couple of tenths.

So, I really think it added serious HP especially at higher rpms.

I think that's why I felt a bit disappointed driving the '18 stock track pack with manual trans.

They dyno’d this in 5th and the numbers are well below everyone else...

You just summarized the review of every 2015-2017 GT tune available :p

Are they as low when you put one of your completely modded cars on the dyno?
They ready low rather its a baseline pull or a pull after performance mods, it makes no difference ours always reads low

They've been around long enough with a good reputation that they don't have to inflate to get business. If anything, they tune more conservatively than others. They don't have a reputation for blowing up engines or transmissions. If you've ever been to their shop, it's better than 99% of other performance shops out there.
Same day, same dyno my SHO picked up 120+AWHP. Put 32k miles on it in 9 months and drove 16hrs roundtrip to set the Gen4 SHO standing half mile record with it at over 2,000ft elevation. That's the results I got from Livernois.
Glad you had such a great experience with us! Always nice to hear positive feedback and support from customers!

Looks very similar to my stock, 2018 A10.
