Need real expertise help

Need real expertise on ABS light. 2015 30k miles
Light comes on immediately which means it’s an electrical issue not a sensor or rear hub problem.
New front speed sensors
Both rear hubs are brand new
ABS module is new
All fuses checked
All relays checked
Reset all with FORScan several times

I will give this another try before I take it somewhere or just replace entire abs harness.

If there is someone who can help me diagnose issue I’d appreciate it.

Has the ABS module been programmed to the car (not reset)?
How about a little back information? How did it start? What were you doing? Was there any work done prior to the light?
