NEED HELP!

So as you guys have seen, i found cylinder scoring, metal flakes and pitting in some pictures. Took the car to the dealership, the borescoped the engine and also confirmed that they too found PITTING in my cylinder 6. Sent in a request to ford hotline and they DENIED a new motor?!

Someone please help me with what needs to be done. I will NEVER touch a ford product again after this complete bullshit. The car has confirmed damage in the engine, along with burnt metal flakes and Fords response is nothing needs done?!

Damn that is weird I thought they were handing out long blocks left and right.

Open a case with Ford customer service 1(800)392-3673 and tell them you want the engine opened up to see if there is any more damage elsewhere.

Sorry, didn't realize I had more pull than the dealer. I'll definitely be calling them.

You know what they might've flagged you in their system because you tried to request a buy back way early. I don't know I may be wrong

Which really makes no sense to me being that I filed that on a recommendation from the dealer to open a case. Showed them my findings and they confirmed my findings yet Ford is saying no?
