Without a log or even some pictures of the log it’s a guess but are you 100% on what injectors you have? Wrong injector data will do that. Any codes?

Your WOT log looks fine. STFT's within range. Although traction control came on around 5960rpm. Guessing WOT pulls feels good right?

How much vacuum are you showing at idle at around 700-750rpm fully warmed up?

Idle log shows 15 % lean.

3K to 7k log shows it is lean in high vacuum throttle position.

The cruise log looks like just another idle log. Maybe repost just a cruise log.

Have you checked your exhaust really well for soot marks indicating leaks in front of the oxygen sensor locations? Its unusual for the AFR lambda to actually read something other than lambda .98-1.02 with the fuel trims working. yours actually go to 1.2 and it seems like the fuel trims are not fixing the lean issue. Making me think its a false lean from an exhaust leak. I think the hellion kit offers different choices in locations to place the front O2 sensors.

The MAF signal is not stable in all these logs. Its pretty junk even at WOT, if you are expecting the car to drive well you will need to address that. A MAF screen pre MAF or moving to another section of the kits piping. This unfortunately will most likely require you to retune it, but if you get a better signal it would be worth it.
