Need help finding part

When installing Diode Dynamics fog lams I accidentally stepped on and broke the plastic piece seen circled on the picture. I would assume this part is not available by itself, but can someone help me locate either the part or the connector so I can replace it? The fogs worked well for 11 months but I am having issues now. I installed it without it and they worked fine, but I want to troubleshoot everything before asking for a replacement.
