Need help finding a part number

I would like to find the full part number of piece #16154C in this picture:

All the part sites I used for my 2005 Mustang OEM parts numbers in the past are bringing nothing up with that VIN. I will try a couple other VINs but it may be too early to be able to get any of this stuff yet.

We were able to find the part number for the actual Strut Tower Brace. I was hoping the number for the black k-brace would be available, too.
