Need help finding out what wheels these are for a friend!

Howdy, as the title reads, a friend is in search of these wheels (see attached). She seen them at a car show and the owner refused to tell her what's the name of the wheels. If there is a better thread to ask this question, please let me know! Any and all help will be appreciated!
