2) how often is the NAV updated?
3) how do updates get input into the NAV system?

1) Currently Microsoft; the switchover to QNX hasn't happened yet.
2) Occasionally, but don't hold your breath too hard.
3) Through an SD card slot on the center console.

Does Ford send out SD cards with updates?
Or does the owner download the upload onto a blank card?

I just purchased a nav update for my 2011 mustang. First one in 4 years, its being shipped.
