I am looking into picking up an intake manifold for my 5.0.
I have a few in mind, and few I want to know nothing about. *cough* holly edelbrock*

MMR road runner fits under factory hood, and has the ability to easily grow with the motor. MMR claims "Short runner boosts peak performance over factory and Boss Manifolds." I would like to see an overlay of how much power we lose / gain over the boss manifold. MMR also includes a set of Billet -8AN Fuel Rails with their manifold.

GT350 intake is a very well rounded IM. Easily fits under factory hood, looks oem, and is easily paired with an inexpensive gt350 TB. But is priced very close the the MMR road runner at a little over 1000.

Cobra Jet IM has been a proven powerhouse in N/A motors. Unfortunately it does not like FI. I have seen people have problems getting the oval couplers to hold boost. It is also pretty pricey at $800. Paired with $600 TB's this combo is well into the mmr price range.
It also does not fit under the factory hood without modification.

Boss IM is very budget friendly route at around 500 bucks. Has anyone paired this with a GT350 TB?
Boss IM also has problems getting under the stock hood without modification.

Here they are is a comparison of a factory gt manifold , GT350 im and a CJ im.
