Mystery piece

I was removing the belly pan to change my oil and this rubber piece fell from passenger side. Does anyone know where this could of came from?

Almost looks like a seal for the oil fill cap and tube. Is it the right size?

Has the car ever been worked on by someone other than you? What does the other side look like. Looks like a hub centering ring but can’t really tell from the picture
