MyMode Suddenly Grayed out. 2019 EB Premium

Hi all. I've been lurking since March but never had anything to post about until today. There's quite a bit of very helpful info here.
On to my issue... I started my 2019 Mustang up today and did the usual two flicks of the Mode switch to go to MyMode and it when to Sport+ instead. I scrolled through to check again and sure enough, no MyMode. I navigated to the settings and MyMode is still there but it's grayed out. My car came stock with premium options but I added the digital cluster (from Hellhorse) back in April. All worked perfectly until now. MyMode was fine yesterday and gone today. I tried shutting the car off to see if it came back but nothing. Has anyone run into this?

This just happened to me. 2020 dash from factory. Reprogrammed mymode back in to it and it seems to still be there. No idea.

Did you figure out a fix?

I am having the exact same issue directly after receiving my car from the dealer after changing my one of exhaust valves, but I did not notice the (MyMode) until a week later cause I did not use it.

Please help if you have a fix
